We offer IT consulting services by the hour and under monthly support contracts. Our hourly rates vary by the type of IT specialty skills you require, but most hourly rates start at $75/hr. Cloud Services/Server Technical Support

Not sure where your money is going when using your cloud services? Have you encountered problems with your company’s in house servers? We can provide monthly maintenance support for everything from testing and applying critical updates, to backups and troubleshooting of technical issues. Helpdesk Support

Is your business growing? Do you need something more than a Best Buy Geek Squad subscription, but you’re not quite large enough for a full blown IT staff member or a pricy Helpdesk service contract?

We provide a monthly Helpdesk support plan that will help your employees get past computer problems quickly so they can get back to being productive. Data Capture, Cleansing and Analysis

In a world where data is king, we can be a partner in processing data that would help your business grow. Every company’s data is different and therefore every solution is tailored to your company’s needs. Your data needs could be a simply inventory database migration or how to analyze gifting patterns from donors and what campaigns were the most successful. We have staff who are experienced in ETL, structured and non-structured databases, SQL queries and have access to tools to help clients analyze their data.

Internet Presence Setup

If you are a small business, a non-profit or not for profit organization that hasn’t invested much time in an “online” presence, you should! Potential clients should be able to find you easily through a basic internet search. For example, a current client recommends you to their friend who lives nearby. This friend Googles your company name, but they barely find a trace of your company on the internet. If they can’t verify you through a simple google search, even though this potential customer has an endorsement of your company, they may not contact you.

This Internet Presence Setup Package is NOT a sales pitch for a full blown website design, monthly recurring SEO and all the things that a typical marketing firm would want to sell you. We understand that there is a vast valley between having an internet presence and a full blown internet marketing plan. Most small businesses don’t need hundreds of leads. We know that your company simply needs potential customers from word of mouth and referrals to be able to find and contact you.

Therefore, we offer a $500 (one time fee) “Internet Presence” setup. This plan includes the following:

  • Setup your Google Business profile
  • Ensure, if you have a physical address, that customers can easily find you on Google maps
  • Create at least one social media platform account (we recommend Instagram) for the purpose of posting photos of your work. We will create five posts using customer provided content or photos of work or activities performed by the company or organization.
  • Register one domain (if needed) and do a very basic website (1 – 3 pages) that contains all the basics
    • Your company logo and name (assumes the company already has a logo)
    • When and why your company was started
    • What your company does
    • How to contact your company (email, phone, social media)
  • Create an email address for you business using your new domain (e.g. sales@yourdomain.com) for all website inquiries and make sure you can access this email from your phone and a computer.

Internet Presence Management

We provide 2 hrs of labor per month for a set price $120/month – you choose what services you need each month. This package is targeted at service based small businesses who need an Internet Presence, but don’t need to spend thousands on it’s care and feeding.

If you do not use all of your hours in a month, they will roll over to the next month. Services you can choose from, but are not limited to, are:

  • Setup of the following types Internet Services and Profiles – Google My Business, Yelp and other review sites, Social Media Accounts, setup of a basic website (may take more than 1 month), etc.
  • Research keywords, hashtags and phrases to optimize the organic search-ability of the client’s website and social media presence.
  • Edits to existing template(s) and/or website pages (e.g. you want to change your phone number/address, return policy, etc.
  • Editing of CSS (website style sheets – font styles and colors, background colors or images, applying emphasis to headers, etc.)
  • Social Media Posts
  • Search Engine Optimization
  • Keyword and Hashtag research for social media marketing
  • Image Editing 
  • Change out the images in your slideshow(s)
  • Backup of your website
  • Ghostwriting of Blog articles – a Creativity IT staff member will interview whoever you designate about a topic for which you want to have a blog article and write it for you with search engine optimization in mind.
  • Installation of SSL certificate
  • Setup of additional web services, such as a WordPress Blog.
  • Analytics collection and evaluation to identify other ways to optimize your website
  • Obtain high quality “back links” from other related websites when opportunities exist
  • Editing and/or optimization of text for various html tags, META data, page titles, and page text as necessary (up to XX pages).
  • Analysis and recommendations on optimal website structure, navigation, code, etc. for best SEO purposes.
  • Recommend, as required, additional web pages (landing pages) or content to promote products or services the Client provides.
  • Generate and submit Client’s website site map to the major search engines.
  • Create metric reports for Client’s IPM quarterly.

Network Security

Every company should, at the very minimum, invest in basic security for their office network. We can consult with you to design and setup a secure network for your office that is appropriate to your company’s size and needs. Additionally, we can provide monitoring services, should you feel you need them.
